Background: This is the initial POC for Managed delivery service project to understand the available data and a possible sense that can be made out of it. 

Objective: Design a website performance report (health check report) for a website and URL(s). 

Role: IA, Visual design, Usability testing 

Understanding of the users and chalking down the users day to day performance metrics to analyze the websites. Talking to the front end optimization team also helped to understand the methods followed for website analysis. Shortlisting of key performance indicators, and suggesting possible recommendations was the key to making the report usable.
