PRECISION SYMPOSIUM – FASHION

Branding and poster design for advertising a fashion symposium. The concept was based on the Golden Ratio – a mathematical code based on Fibonacci Numbers.
Creative/design disciplines such as graphic design, architecture and beauty (cosmetic surgery) use the Golden Ratio. The idea here was to apply it to fashion too, with reference to the precision and consideration of how fabrics are cut and designed to create masterful works. The bespoke type creation in to the logo also reflects the folds in fabrics.
As the beauty and fashion industries are closely related I referenced a mask used in cosmetic surgery, which measures out features on the human face according to the Golden Ratio.
