Branding for Design PR Studio


Franciska Kollár is a PR consultant who works out complex strategies for new and existing companies to build their brand to meet market demand, current trends and their business objectives.

Franciska contacted us to construct the visual appearance of her own brand. We involuntarily associated her activities with the organic process, which is why we wanted to symbolise it with an item from nature. The idea behind the design was the seed growing into a sprout and then from the sprout into a plant. We therefore designed a motif representing a bud next to the brand name “Francy” and the text Design PR Studio. We took this idea a step further when choosing the font, Kassel where we associate the little curl of the letter R with the spirals of a sprout.

The choice of colours was of cardinal importance in Franciska’s case. We tried to best reflect her feminine, graceful personality which we paralleled with the existing overall nature-based approach. This is how we arrived at the combination of powder, deep red and the various shades of green. We wanted these colours to reverberate in photos too to supplement the image and become an organic part thereof. We found the photo of the micro vegetables by accident but we all liked it so much that we wrote to the photographer (Ferenc Takács) that we wanted to use it and got a positive response for which we thank him again.

Using these elements we designed a business card, a package cover, a mentoring guide and a website, all formulated jointly, based on consultations with Franciska.
