The OFFICES (R&D/TechFlex office Park), Plzen was located in the Industrial area Bory Fields. It was the last of The PARKs portfolio projects and was sadly never completed. As with the previous two developments the branding was similar in the style of logo, name, slogans, transparent paper and use of colour. But once again it had a different focus. The upper floors could be designed using the standard PARK flexible office floor plates but the lower levels were designed to house R&D facilities or small industrial workshops. The aim was to entice forward thinking business in the Biotech, R&D, and new manufacturing industries to house both their office operations and laboratories in one location. The proximity of the University of Plzen was also a factor in this.
Therefore we chose to adapt The PARK and CAMPUS identity for the final Plzen brand in cyan but with a similar dark blue icon. Inside we used strong CMYK colours for the overlays with great success. We used a lot of stock photography due to the breadth of possible industries we were addressing.
