After seeing the artwork I created for Suplington's "Music For Life Cycles," avant-garde band Sontag Shogun asked me to create the album artwork for their new album "Patterns For Resonant Space".

In reflection of the album’s title, I created a 6-frame animation of perfect concentric circles that grow and distort over time, abstractly representing stereo harmonics. These frames were then spliced, bitmapped, recolored, and compiled into a singular image on the face of the record jacket.

All records come in transparent polybags that feature 280mm long 5mm thick black bars on one side with 1mm spacing that permit us to see only one frame at a time, such that all 6 frames are revealed in sequence when the record is removed or inserted into the jacket.
