BBC 404 page
"Design a 404 page. Does it suit the brand's style? Is it user-friendly?"
» Whenever something is not working Carol Beer pops in my head with her 'computer says no' quote. She is my inspiration for this challenge! Landing on a 404 page is never funny, so why not make a bit more fun?
I decided to give it a go and visited the current 404-page of the BBC. As you can see it's really boring for an entertainment web site. A loss if you ask me with so many shows you can quote from. I quoted my dear Carol Beer (added her lovely face) and kept the rest of the page clean. I also "hyperlinked" home page and contact page (with their purple accent colour) to make it more easy for the user to navigate to working pages.
Unfortunately Little Britain is no longer on air, but everybody who've ever watched BBC know Carol Beer right? That "nice and helpful" lady at the service desk ;)
