The Maples Niseko is a Condotel development in Niseko, Hokkaido. Boasting a series of sophisticated apartments and penthouses, the Condotel is developed for the keen interest to immerse in the good life that's synonymous with Niseko.
The brand work is created with a keen awareness of the property's encircling beauty, leading to the development of the various graphic textures mimicking Niseko's climate and mountainous terrains. The brand identity is a translated pictogram inspired by the location of the property, between Mount Annupuri and Mount Yotei.
No brand work is complete without its corporate stationeries and in preparation of the condominium-hotel sales launch, three books are developed to differentiate from the conventional marketing sales kit. Two of which contained factual specifications and one other book — "A Niseko Life" illustrates the story behind this once sleepy, mountainous village over a hundred years. The three books are encased in a designed envelope sleeve for selected distribution.
The amassed content is further represented on The Maples Niseko webpage for further accessibility and convenience in this digital age. Recurring design motifs are consistently applied throughout the development of the webpage.
