Are You the Problem? | Social Awareness Campaign

"Perpetuating rape culture does not mean you are literally a rapist,
and yet this culture is still hurting people. Are you the problem?"
Project Details
Project Name: Are You the Problem?
Goal: This project aims to inform and influence an awareness of thought while provoking a shift in the perpetuation of rape culture. Primarily, this will focus on educating people on how to identify situations and language that encourage the mindset supportive of rape culture; to expose when words are spoken or actions taken without regard to how detrimental it can be to the progress of gender safety and equality.
Target Audience: Men and women beginning at teenaged years all the way up through adulthood (14+). This project is aimed primarily at men, yet the secondary target will be women who are malaligned with feminist views. The economic demographic is not specific, but will likely reach working class people. This
range is broad, but appropriate, due to the wide-range of people affected by rape culture. The interests or character of these people will be misogynistic, patriarchal,
traditional, publicly conservative, unaware or unbelieving of rape culture as a reality, and the like.
Distribution Channels: Social media campaign.
Project Deliverables: This project includes a series of GIF animations.
Design Outcomes: Project, Name, Logo; Messaging; GIF animations.

Design Outcome: Logo Design
Design Outcome: Logo Design, over black
