Goal: To educate and inform people on how to make more nutritious choices, through the distribution of recipe cards, an informational brochure, and a mobile application with healthy recipes, educational information, and grocery list assistance.
Target Audience: Young and middle-aged adults, middle-class, suburban, health-conscious, desire-to-be health-conscious, educated through high school or beyond.
Distribution Channels: Recipe cards in grocery stores, local gyms, farmer’s market; brochures with recipe cards in the sleeve displayed in medical and nutritionist’s offices.
