This film was comissioned by Flying Lotus to be part of his feature film debut "Kuso".

Bugs live within an industrial underground maze, and are hunted by a human. The depicted vignettes are a surreal feverish nightmare of our protagonist.

For the project Suki and I built a multi-plane desk. The animation was first done in 2D via Illustrator and After Effects. Following the animation was redone as paper cut-outs and animated frame by frame in stop-motion. Oh yeah, and the bug in the end is of course 3D printed; 3D printing - my new love.
