Red Giant
In about 5 Billion years our sun as we know it will be close to the end of its lifetime. Its Hydrogen reservoirs will be depleted and the outer shell will expand to the size of a red giant with a radius more than a hundred times bigger than its current size. The inner planets Mercury and Venus are destroyed in the process whereas the earth's crust is turned into an ocean of lava because of the close distance and the extreme heat. The sun will cover a huge part of the sky.I doubt that we'll still exist when it comes to that, but what if we do? It must be an amazing and terrifying experience to see it for yourself.
