Buzz: ING Bank gets social
With Buzz, I helped ING successfully launch and integrate this Enterprise social media tool on a broad scale throughout their organisation.
This included:
* Directing pre- and post-launch communications plan.
* Defining the branding and tone of voice for the tool and campaign around the launch.
* Drafting copy for all campaign tools, including the Buzz homepage, intranets, blogs, newsletters, banners (print and digital), social community communications (including other promotional material).
* Concepted, treated and scripted promotional videos and tutorials.
* Co-ordinated and directed workshops, webinars and roadshows for upper and mid management, communications teams and key focus groups.
The goal was to organically harness the power of social media internally - with an eye on implementing these benefits throughout the organisation in order to support ING as a social brand.
