Kempen & Co is an international merchant bank employing dedicated, driven, serious employees who are given plenty of room to grow and take initiative - and they wanted to rebrand their recruitment efforts to reveal this. Brand Communications agency 707 created an award-winning* recruitment campaign based on the Dutch phrase 'Alles behalve...'.
However, the company wanted to reach international student interns, starters and up-and-coming specialists. Kempen & Co turned to Native Content & Communications to translate their campaign message into English copy that could be used to reach promising candidates through the web, print and other communications material.
The result? A very pleased client who was able to selectively recruit from a broader group of unique and promising candidates.
