Creating a new dialogue with clients
Digital Transformation is defining our era providing great opportunity to those that master it. EVRY is a leading IT services provider with a 10 000 strong staff in offices stretching from the US to India. Far from providing customary IT infrastructure, EVRY guide and advise their clients to capitalise on this new frontier.
Such a deep focus meant that the culture and subsequent image of the business needed revitalising to assert themselves in this new territory. EVRY invited Mission to surface the true purpose of the business and create brand communication that would demonstrate how they create value for business leaders in the Nordic region.
Through a series of interviews, research and testing Mission identified EVRY’s abilities to go beyond guidance and deliver game changing results. We distilled our findings into a single, pure strategic message, ‘Digital Advantage.’ These two simple words avoided the ‘transformation’ rhetoric of the competition and encapsulate EVRY’s focus on results.
Digital Advantage is a unifying ambition. It’s a business agenda that focuses employees to uncover and implement new technologies, helping businesses adapt and thrive in the digital landscape.
Mission’s visual expression sought to step out of the gloom of server rooms and reflect the bright opportunities the digital world is providing in business, in cities and in our homes. Imagery and tone of voice are less about technical detail and more about possibilities. Value creation is emphasised through improved use of data, and video testimonials from satisfied clients bear witness to the success that Digital Advantage brings.
A comprehensive range of visual assets was organised in a tailor made brand guide to teach all involved how to convey the Digital Advantage message. Sales, marketing, corporate communications, social media and events are now centred on Digital Advantage and the benefits within.
The new narrative has brought a breath of fresh air to all business units providing renewed energy and purpose. EVRY’s clients welcome the new dialogue for the inspiration and confidence it brings. The redesigned website has created a unified experience resulting in a dramatic increase in traffic and subsequent business enquiries, with significant new accounts attributed to the promise of Digital Advantage.
