Internal Communications Campaign
A large pharmaceutical company was about to introduce an enhanced intranet that would allow employees to manage information, including presentations, white papers, research, FDA information, and much more with greater ease. In the past, the management of online assets across business units, divisions, and global locations had been very disorganized and difficult for employees.
A whimsical approach visually depicting the woes of a disorganized workplace and the recommended solution...the new intranet, was developed in the form of posters that were posted in common areas and as an electronic slide show that ran on plasma screens throughout the facility. The promotion was translated into several languages.
