Terrainware—Branding an Outdoor Gear Shop

Branding
A new outdoor brand in town sure got us excited, what with our rack of guns and miscellaneous jungle memorabilia scattered around the studio. We were definitely thrilled to be part of the brand's development and interior design—aptly named Terrainware—which also happened to have a physical retail shop opening at the west side of Singapore.

Wanting to fill a gap in our region for the trendy, well-travelled adventurer, Terrainware's branding and interior design naturally had to incorporate hints of the lifestyle throughout.
Carrying an array of outdoor gear brands including Poler Stuff, Lynxhooks, and Power Practical, we wanted to bring a little bit of nature and its rugged terrain to customers as soon as they stepped into the store—from Terrainware’s location coordinates engraved on its front porch and half of the store being filled with 60 bags (approximately 800kg in total) of gravel, to even its changing room made with custom-made Sunbrella canvas. Of course, the mascot vehicle was undisputedly a Land Rover Defender 110.
