A ManvsMachine project. After a three year hiatus, Tate Modern is relaunching the Turbine Hall with large scale annual commissions.
A new beginning
This film uses the world famous architecture and cavernous concrete as a canvas to tease the space back to life. Celebrating its ethereal and ever changing structure, the hall morphs and transforms itself for a new beginning.
Live action and VFX
Flashing lights, dizzying heights and fluid textures combined with CG lighting and live action combine to inject a new lease of life as the space ‘wakes up’. Made with ManvsMachine.
