Medtronic Project Details:

It's nice in life when things work go as planned, but with Medtronic that wasn't the case: I was wrapping up some AAA emails when I received a notification from my director late Friday afternoon with a subject line that read: "Congratulations you have been assigned to Medtronic" As I read the body of the email it went on to state that I was to report and start this project on Monday @ 9 am. The Thing is I'm in California and Medtronic's corporate office is in Minneapolis which meant as soon as I finished reading that email I needed to quickly make arrangements. The First thing I did was contact the project manager and introduce myself,  Than I booked a flight and found a hotel. On my flight, I did all my research and got a handle of who the client was and was ready to dive in to deliver on Monday morning. Like any massive project, organization plays a key roll in being successful so I organized and began creating my component libraries and was ready for our first stand-up that Monday morning. The nice thing about this project was  worked closely with developers and Information Architect who handed off wire-frames for me to create my visual design.

Upon completing work on this project I received my first of 2 agency awards from Perficient Digital Agency.

The completed Medtronic website is over 2000 pages of new and legacy content. This project was a huge undertaking and took the agency I worked for over 9 months to complete with over 9 countries and 6 different time zones to get it where it is today.

Platform: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Shortly after finishing working with a nationwide team on the Medtronic website project I won my second agency award from our national Perficient Digital team.
