Project Manager posed the following question...think beyond just web customer experiences (text, email, others?). What problems will we be solving? How will we take advantage of emerging technologies? How will our customers interact with us?
My Answer: Smart Watch
Once an app is loaded to your device it automatically pushes to your smart watch. In this case Select CB icon in the center. CB = Comcast Business
Once you select the CB icon, your next screen will be your dashboard. Let's select Speed Test to see how that UI will look...

It's Dec 30th and most are getting ready for the holidays, but I'm unable to shut off, I just want to keep pushing out my concepts as I stay tuned for my next great assignment and ways to bring value to the team. Here's what I did today on the eve, of the eve of the new year.
