For the Cultural Committee of the city of Barnaul, by 2015, which was declared the Year of Literature in Russia, we made a 12-page calendar with illustrations of the streets of Barnaul, along which writers walk, in whose honor these streets are named!
In Barnaul, as in any other city in Russia, many streets are named after the classics of Russian literature. We selected 12 such streets and painted our favorite writers walking along them. For example, Alexander Sergeyevich Pushkin on Pushkin Street. And below – the poet Ivan Savvich Nikitin on Nikitin Street and Mikhaylo Vasilyevich Lomonosov on Lomonosov Street.
What other cover can a calendar with writers have than a book like?
A printed calendar is 70 centimeters high and 50 centimeters wide. It looks great on the wall of any office or home.
