This is another project I did while my stay at ESA-St Luc in Brussels. It's a brochure for the cultural events taking place in October 2014 for both cities, the french Maubeuge and the belgian Mons, which share agenda as they are so near one to the other.

The idea of the rectangular triangle comes from the shape of the frontier between both cities, as well as the colors, which are taken from the flags of each country, a color which is in one but not in the other (blue for France and yellow for Belgium). Then, the graphic technique of messy appearance means the sharing culture, the fusion of both countries and cities.
