Keppel Triple Legacy—Commemorative Books

Editorial
In 2014, three of Keppel Group's top leadership were slated to retire from their director positions in the organisation. A series of commemorative books for each of them were conceived as a token of appreciation and tribute to honour their time at Keppel.
With nearly 125 years at Keppel Group between them—Professor
Choo Chiau Beng, CEO of Keppel Corp; Mr Tong Chong Heong, CEO of Keppel Offshore & Marine; and Mr Teo Soon Hoe, Group Finance Director of Keppel Corporation—these long-time stalwarts of the $19.7 billion conglomerate were each instrumental in charting the growth and success of the highly successful global business. Documenting their milestones in Keppel, the books journey through the beginnings of their careers with photo montages and glowing testimonials from their fellow colleagues and friendships forged through the years.
A labour of love with full dedication from the client’s team and ourselves, a total of six months were spent on the Triple Legacy Commemorative books. We were proudly involved from concept development to production, with the client’s active involvement and collaboration also an essential part of the stunning completion of this project.
Only two copies of each book were printed—presented to the
honourees in a grand gala dinner and another kept for Keppel’s
library—with no corners cut in any aspect of its process, making
this project truly one of a kind.
Mr. Teo Soon Hoe unfortunately passed away shortly after his edition of the book was published, making this project even more memorable and treasured.
