Avrahom Joseph of Lakewood, New Jersey, devotes time to philanthropy by assisting several faith-based schools. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Avrahom Joseph supports the professional sports teams of the city.

In conjunction with the National Basketball Academy, the Cleveland Cavaliers organization provides youth training in team, small group, and individual play. The Academy staff members have been involved at the collegiate and professional levels for many years, often as coaches.

The program's goal is to help players improve their basic skills so they can perform at their best. It focuses on essentials such as offensive footwork, shot practice, and playing at the guard and post positions. Defensive skills and ball handling are also emphasized.

In small groups of three to five participants, trainers emphasize the general development of players. Drills and competition hone the fundamentals. Team training encourages players to work at their best, maximize their contributions to the team, and create chemistry.

All sessions are tailored to individual needs. Training sites are located in northeast Ohio.
