During my time at B+L, I had the wonderful opportunity to work with WisDells and help create a better user experience on their website. The overall task flow was complicated with issues from the primary navigation.
Some issues found throughout the site included a lack of breadcrumbs for users to follow their path and orphan pages. The client also wanted this opportunity to upsell the "Things to Do" page for restaurants and water parks to advertise, by allowing higher subscribers to display more photos and provide a place to share stories rather than just a click through page.
