We worked with neurosurgeon Juan Carlos de Battista to produce illustrations for his article in the peer-reviewed journal Revista Argentina de Neurocirugia.

Our illustrations depict the placement of the endoscope to view the area of the sphenoid sinus to be opened in order to access the tumor.  The area to be opened is shown by the dashed circle.  The right half of the cross-section of the sphenoid bone shows structures located behind the spenoid sinus related to the tumor.
