Overview:
Candy Tsa Mandebele Mokwena (born June 19, 1970) is a South African singer, songwriter, actress. Mandebele began singing in her mother’s community traditional group, Sekgapa, at the age of 14. Mandebele began her career in 1993 as a songwriter, prior to joining group Shaka Bundu Girls in 1995.
Mandebele is also well known for singing in Khelobedu language, which is a dialect of Northern Sotho language. In 2016, Mandebele released her solo debut album Siki (Five Cents) through Sony Music, The album was a critical success and generated the single ” Baile”.

We were tasked to create a personal website for Candy Tsa Mandebele Mokwena that houses all of her work. The website was all about her a testament to her hard work in the music industry and her love for her fans. So we gave her fans a chance to help tell her story.
The Solution:
We embraced the blank canvas, infusing it with her essence. Starting anew, we envisioned a website that would mirror her brilliance. The fundamentals became our compass—the building blocks that would shape her online presence.
Colorful Harmonies:
Our first point of departure was to envision the hues that would embody the visual style. Her spirit demanded vibrancy. Our palette danced with hues—bold reds, electric blues, etc. Each pixel whispered her story, painted in shades of passion, resilience, and joy.
Melodic Web Design:
Our design notes harmonized. Elegant fonts were paired alongside captivating visuals.
The website became a stage—a canvas where her music would echo, and her journey would unfold.
Navigating the Crescendo:
We orchestrated a seamless navigation, guiding visitors through her world. From bio to discography, every note had its place. Each section was approached with a different colour, again mimicking the artist's vibrancy.
Users could explore various aspects of her online presence—her story, gallery, media coverage, music videos as well booking platform.
Responsive Riffs:
Our code hummed with responsiveness. Whether on desktop or mobile every scroll was an invitation to immerse in her melodic universe.
Behind the Scenes:
We captured her backstage magic. Studio sessions, candid moments—the heartbeat of her artistry.
The website whispered secrets—the sweat, the laughter, the midnight musings.
And so, her website bloomed—a kaleidoscope of sound, color, and soul. A testament to her journey—from scratch to stardom, from silence to symphony.
