Challenge:
The real estate market has been super heated in recent years, and due to this, several housing solutions have emerged as a way of responding to people’s needs. Especially at the national level, having your own property has become one of the priorities of the Brazilian people.

Social isolation, caused by the pandemic, brought several changes and a new reality impacting different segments and markets, such as the real estate. Some behaviors and cultures were accelerated and directly impacted the home experiences.

Understanding this context, Truliv thought of a new way of buying and selling real estate in a simple way, without bureaucracy and highly personalized, where the consumer has the power to choose each type of solution for his new home.

Solution:
The brand needed a positioning that deviated from other competitors, so that it was possible to show the company’s uncomplicated and intelligent way of doing business, both for those who buy a property and for those who sell it.

We started by listening to the brand’s main stakeholders and who really has a voice in this market; the consumers. After several interviews, we delved into all the insights and lit our curiosity on how to build a brand that speaks clearly and transparently in a segment with diverse prejudices, and at the same time, is revolutionizing the market of how to live in the Brazilian territory.

So we arrived at the narrative that Truliv comes to unlock the sector and be the perfect fit for those looking for ease when buying or selling a property. With this premise defined, we developed a visual identity that tells the story of the fit through the puzzle, a common sign in our daily lives and the symbol of home, referring to the combination of intelligence and housing for the missing piece of your home.

In addition, we used several branded visual assets to our advantage, such as cheerful colors that remind you of things from home, as well as super relaxed illustrations that show the pleasures of living in a place that you like.

Through the new look, we managed to conquer an interesting space for those who are in daily contact with this universe.
Truliv is a brand that speaks on an equal basis with the entire chain, in order to transform the real estate experience, leverage opportunities and create good business.
