APPLE – World Wide Developer Conference, WWDC

Large international consumer conference - B2C Event

International communications to Macintosh developers around the world. Overall attendance at WWDC increased by 40%. Achieved significant increases inall segments of attendees: Inhouse +138.6%; Commercial + 22.7%; International + 25%. Overall WWDC attendance was the highest in its history.

Developing for two consecutive years, the design, communication strategy and production of this annual event, including magazine ads, direct mail, brochures and posters, invitation packages, a trade show kit, an on-line game and a comprehensive conference website. 
On-site communication elements included a custom brewed beer, conference guides, registration material, agenda and trade show brochures, posters, banners and indoor and outdoor signage.

National JAVA introduction road-show - B2C Event

Branding of a national road-show event. Posters, direct mailings and 3-D give-aways, introducing JAVA, Sun's latest software development.

Miller Beer
National sweepstake promotion concert  - B2C Event 

Taste It All -Exclusive Miller rock concert event in New York City, designed as aMiller consumers sweepstakes promotion event and as a U.S. distributor incentive event.
The national consumer campaign included a promotional microsite and print invitations, bar posters, banners and flyers, as well as give-aways like 
T-shirts and CD-organizers.

Sun Microsystems
International Travel Incentive Event and Conference - B2B Event

To elevate the SunRise event to the next level of engagement,every attendee received a high-end smart phone, engaging the audience with audience polling & voting, text messaging to a large wall of screens diplaying a scrolling list of all participants and allowing to communicte as an individual with the larger group of participants. 
The phones containing custom developed applications to view site maps, check schedules to connect with other attendees, update and change conference agenda information, enabled SUN to drastically reduce the need for printed materials.The campaign included monthly emails, a program web site, brochures,invitation packages, smart phones with custom applications, a large interactive multi media wall, conference big stage designs, re-usable on-site signage systems including reception stations consisting of fully recycable cardboard desks.


My Role: Concept & event brand design. Including all branded print & digital communication elements, as well as digital screen content, signage and wayfinding elements and mobile phone event content.

Corporate Travel Incentive - B2B Event

Swapping songs and stories in some lively Irish taverns, unwinding in a 16th century castle and testing your talents on one of the world's greatest golf courses. No surprise, the invitation, targeting a 100% male and Guiness drinking audience of distributors, ended up containing a set of custom designed coasters.

Incentive event designed to boost Sun's software sales. Over 27% of the international sales force exceeded their annual goal and earned this travel award, hosted in Barcelona, Spain.

Invitation to the 2006 Winter Olympics in Torino, Italy send to C-level GE executives. Containing a Norwegian sweater from the location of the previous Winter Olympics in Lillehammer, Norway.

Morgan Stanley
Corporate Conference and Tradeshow - B2B Event

The campaign is directed at 18.000 national U.S. Financial Advisors and Morgan Stanley Branch Manager. Rewarding and recognizing only the top ranking performers with an invitation to the prestigious INSIGHTS conference which is providing first hand financial product information to Morgan Stanley advisors and managers.
The post-event INSIGHTS magazine, with it’s articles and interviews, promotes to all 18.000 national advisors the relevancy of this annual event.

Over the course of four days, 6 writers and 4 photographers documented the entire event and provided on a daily bases all the content material to produce a 40-60 page magazine to be printed and released 2 weeks following the event.



My Role: Concept & design of the conference brand, as well as all branded print & packaging elements.
Art direction of the entire editorial process of the production of the 60 page magazine.

International Consumer and Developer Conference and Trade-Show - B2C Event

Branding, design, and production of one of the electronic industry’s most important consumer events of the year. This event, included a highly segmented attendee and sponsor aquisition campaign with magazine ads, direct mail and emails, posters, collateral, an invitation package, a tradeshow kit and a comprehensive conference website. On-site communication elements included conference guides, registration material, agenda and tradeshow brochures, posters, banners and indoor and outdoor signage.

The new Halls. The one. The only. 
 
Branding and production of the Halls Opening Gala Event, revealing an expansive new shopping destination with brands, including Gucci, Ermenegildo Zegna, Brunello Cucibelli, Prada, Jo Malone London and Oscar de la Renta, just to name a few.
The evening included a Pre-Party with entertainment, as well as a fashion show,  musical and acrobatic entertainment segments, various food and beverage stations throughout the store environment, followed by an After-Party.

2018 Event Theming, Branding & Art Direction


Event branding and production of the annual Motel 6 & Studio 6 Franchise Conference. Designing, planning and executing the Motel 6, 2018 Convention for over 1,500 attendees.
The program objective was to create a dynamic event identity and environment that would serve as a platform for executives to communicate business goals, inspire brand alliance and build camaraderie between three very unique attendee types.

This three day convention, held at the Hard Rock Riviera Maya, was designed with a combination of business sessions (General, Breakout, Trade show, Q&A Panels and Training), award presentations, team building, networking and FUN!
