  • „Values are changing“ – this is the motto of Swietelsky Developements GmbH as they develop an ambitious residential building project in Döbling, one of the most exclusive districts in Vienna. NEUEVILLEN XIX are gradually rising on two sites, each one 10.000 square metres in size. Designed for the 21st century, the 14 villas will contain a total of 157 apartments. The size and location of each one is designed to provide a maximum of privacy.
     
    moodley brand identity presented the high quality of the housing on paper and screen and developed an effective search tool for the website.
    More than 90% of the apartments were sold in the first four months through viral and performance marketing activities - without a single printed ad.
