What is your Alter-ego?
This was my MA project one's subtopic wherein we had to produce visual outcomes on the questions asked each week. The fourth week's question was to draw what our alter-ego is. After thinking on this topic, I felt that having an illustrative character as my alter-ego would be fascinating as I love illustrations. Also, observing how lazy I turn at times and my craze for unusual things made me think of making my alter-ego anatomy less. It would expand and contract to its full capacity. After finalising the thoughts I started sketching them. I wanted to present these illustrations in an unusual way which would attract the viewers and add some fun element to them. Hence, I decided to make a complete beak-book zine rather than just illustrations.
The mechanism of the book allows three full spreads rather than just two spreads of A4 paper.
