Bradesco Corporate Credit Cards (Cartões PJ)
Between Sep. 2020 and Sep. 2021 I worked, at Fri.to Interactive Agency, for Bradesco Corporate Cards. The credit card management division at Bradesco, one of the most import Brazilian banks.
As the principal designer for those projects, my work was think every part of the user experience for the App and web version of Bradesco's credit card management solution. As well, I was in charge of our backlog organization, lead ideation meetings and make presentations for the client.

New card selection and main menu for card holders
Previous version
Detected issues:
• To find any information about their cards, invoices and limits, users must select a card on the home screen;
• To view other card's infos, users must return to home screen;
• To view complete card limit, users must open the drawer and expande infos;
• To access services menu, users must scroll down the entire screen;
• To view the last entries on the invoices.
New version
Proposed solutions:
• All cards are shown in the same screen as a carousel;
• The main menu is right below the card with horizontal scroll;
• The limits infos are shown in the first scroll with horizontal scroll;
• The last entries are shown first;
• Users can sort the card list tapping the funnel icon at the top by flag or card status.
Advanced Search
Previous version
Detected issues:
• There wasn't filters in the cardholder lists, just a category selection for information search;
• There wasn't any sorting tool;
• Lack of search customization according to the list type.
New version
Proposed solutions:
• A completely new advanced search and filter area;
• An adaptive tool that changes according to the list;
• Searching and filtering indicators on the search icon;
• Combined search and filtering;
• We keep the logic of the older version to keep it familiar to the users.
