Ideating concept directions
The brand and packaging concepts are derived from scenes of the lullabies videos. The previous concepts focused on two directions: (a) night sky lullaby scene and (b) the castle opening scene of the music videos.
Experimenting character art in the process
We also experimented with using both male and female Disney Junior characters in groups of 3-5. Different poses of variations are iterated in the two concept directions. At the end, the franchise team agreed that Mickey Mouse being the focal point and only character in front is best for the branding direction. Other characters are added on the back packaging as a solution.
