OBJEKT is a fictional architecture MAGAZINE. My goal was to emphasize structure in order to juxtapose graphic design and architecture. I also wanted to emphasize planning and building; hence the blueprint color blocks. To help create more structure and balance, I added more color blocks of various shapes using a harmonious color palette. These elements were inspired by modern Swiss architecture. My design includes a cover and six spreads. There is a contents page, editor’s letter, and a featured story. The dimensions are 9 inches x 10.75 inches.
