During a good part of 2020, while avoiding being hit by the pandemic, we put together a team of good friends and gave life to “Costa muy Rica: Cocinas Costarricenses y el Sabor del Paisaje” (Costa very Rica: Costa Rican kitchens and the flavor of the landscape).
This book, a tribute by Lizano to the flavors of this country, marks the 100th anniversary of the beloved Costa Rican brand.
