And they needed it quickly.
We decided to create a concise document that highlighted the most important points in a simple, vibrant, and easy-to-follow tone of voice playbook. Our clients could now disseminate this information to all its partner agencies
and internal stakeholders with little fuss, allowing for a smoother transition between its old and new identity.
