How do you sell an oversold quality like luxury? You have to be creative. Strategising the social media content of Grand Park City Hall, a luxury hotel in the heart of the city, I conceptualised several series – ranging from staff interviews to neighbourhood trails – to keep the content fresh and personable, while remaining tactical to promote the unique selling points of the establishment.
