Activaterre wishes to respond the problem of managing bio-waste in the city by practicing indoor composting thanks to a new type of vermicompost bin. Made in France by qualified craftsmen and only from natural materials, its operating principle has been designed so that the compost harvest is done intuitively, without disturbing the worms and without lifting heavy loads.

Upgrading your green waste and lightening your trash can is perfectly possible, even in an apartment. You just need to equip yourself with a vermicomposter. This can be a first step before bringing your compost into a collective bin. The compost obtained is of high quality and can be directly reused in an apartment vegetable garden or for its indoor plants. All without bad smells!
Project values
Vermicomposters would benefit from being more in line with their primary functionality: to reduce our waste. An high-end, attractive, plastic-free and intuitive vermicomposter would facilitate the adoption of this practice in an apartment.
