No traditional catwalk, but stories, designs and images of more than 25 fashion designers and experts in the center of Utrecht. Autobahn brought the stories behind the clothes to life through visual storytelling. The concept of reflection was the starting point for the exhibition at Hotel Dom and all communications.
The invitations for the event were die cut from acrylic mirrors. The exhibitor biographies were printed backwards in small freestanding booklets, so visitors had to use the mirrors on the opposite pages to read the texts. To add depth to the garments, there were terms placed on the floor next to the clothes. All of this gave the visitor an idea of what the maker of the garment wanted to convey.
