Darden Studio Identity
Joshua Darden and Mucca Design have often collaborated when making custom typefaces for Mucca's clients, so it seemed fitting that we collaborate on the redesign of the Darden Studio identity.
The system makes use of some unreleased typefaces as well as some old standbys. An elongated black hexagon is constant throughout the identity's variations. The bold orange stripes used on the business cards and website are a nod to the industrial graphics found in New York City subway stations.
Darden Studio identity and business card were included in Creative Quarterly's "New Talent 2009" issue.
