THE HERO POSTER
The proposal for this project was to created a poster for a fictional presentation by our hero designer, or favorite designer that we usually seek for inspiration. I decided to go with metric72, or Jorge Marin.
Jorge Marin is graphic designer from Barcelona, Spain, I found his work by mere "I'm feeling lucky" kinda search. The simplicity of his work marveled me immensely and I automatically fell in love with his work. His work is clean, with this innate ability to make minimalist pieces, yet with such intricate details and perplexing geometry, reaching almost to the complexity and reminiscence of chemistry patterns, physics trajectories or astronomical designs.
