I recently fell ill with hyperthyroidism and had to receive radiation to get rid of an overactive nodule that was just destroying me, mentally and physically. In my quest for answers I came across really interesting literature about hormones, organs, enzymes, minerals, food, etc. This book has been one of my favorites in regards to explaining how simple our bodies are, yet their mechanics are mesmerizing and so complex we simply forget that there is just not one true answer to our issues.
I took it upon myself to redesign the cover. The original one it's just.. not palatable to my eyes.
