Vintage Product | Golden Sable Champagne
In 2005, I was asked by my publisher Editions Limited if I would be able to create a vintage champagne series. After a few weeks I presented them with the "Golden Sable Champagne" label that was picked up by Target, Prints Plus, allposters.com, art.com, Amazon, and many other online retailers.
Making vintage products was a nice change as I am able to give the series an "International Campaign". I plan to incorporate more Asian ,East-Indian and Afro-American women with a complete series of twelve pieces that will be uploaded upon completion. Only two editions from this series have been picked up by my publisher.
VINTAGE SPEAKEASY SERIES
Back in 2002 while I was still working at DSA Inc., I was asked to create some packaging for a line of vintage styled shoes. The direction was something with the feel of the "1930's Jazz Clubs" and this was because the movie Chicago was a big hit. Long-story-short, the project was cancelled after a week but instead of scrapping the artwork, I started making more samples and then I submitted them to several publishers. Editions Limited signed me on and then helped to develop this series.
