The Ninth Life Theatre Company has a new play, "The Questionnaire", written by and starring Christopher Birks and Robert Neumark-Jones. The play was accepted to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival for the 2011 Season.
The Company needed a web site up and running fast. Since two of the principals are writers, they needed something that they could edit easily and quickly.
It needed to be a little gritty and edgy to reflect the sort of plays they will be presenting.
This Graphic was designed for the play, "The Questionnaire."
First I stalked a neighborhood cat. Cat was not thrilled with the dogs who walk me.
In Photoshop and Illustrator, cat was transformed into a more sinister, gritty image.
Attempts to use existing typefaces did not yield the desired results, so I carved various cat-paw shapes and created the above type treatment.

Ninth Life Home page. The site will be changing and improving, but gives the new company a web presence and options for video presentation as well as announcements and reviews.
