Carpark Lepak's a bunch of Singaporean Dip. in Visual Communication graduates from the illustrious Temasek Polytechnic Design School. Each of us major in three different distinctions: branding, illustration and photography, and we’re confident in our chops to karate good work together.

'Lepak' is a Malay word that usually describes of a young person spending one's time aimlessly loitering or loafing around. Despite the (adorable) naming, we are designers that push tirelessly in our craft. 

Too many spontaneous sleepless nights spent working in our school’s neighbourhood Starbucks as well online on Skype have really honed us. Not only do we know the exact and best locations for the power plug (it’s a battlefield out there), we also can locate our way in near darkness to the nearest toilet (McDonald’s). Cold air-conditioning can’t beat us (we leave Starbuck’s door open) and we even have a fondness for Starbuck’s occasionally weird soundtrack.

Let’s not forget our favourite coffee-induced school drinks, War Machine (white coffee + milo) and Iron Man (normal coffee + milo).

 Why Carpark Lepak then? We believe it’s our reminder to take a break away from the stresses of life, and simply just enjoy each other’s company, having dinner while seated together in a carpark. ;)
