A series of expansions and renovations converted an Academic Buildingand a single cafeteria vendor into a modern University Student Center.
2001 Renovation of a design building into a modern Student Center
2001 Fitout for Dunkin Donuts Internet Café, Burger King, Pizza Hut,KFC, Abella
2004 Starbucks Redesign and Relocation, Fitouts for Subway, Pharmacy,Hair Salon,
Stationary Store, Delimarche Restaurant
2005 Atrium Addition, Dining Hall Renovation
2005 Renovations and Fitouts for: 8 lane Brunswick Bowling Center and CaféRitazza
All design work was completed in-house. A consultant was used for the atrium tender. Project management required coordination of up to 5 clients and their contractors working in adjacent spaces while the main addition and renovation was underway.
