"La Corde à Linge" (the clothesline) is a french café & restaurant located in Strasbourg.
The identity of the place, such as the interior I also designed, would like to provide to the public a strong and evocative narrative context. The place tells a story, the identity try to illustrate this one. Each logo operates like a potential real old sign for a potential real old shop.
The identity was designed by an amalgam until excess, of typographies and graphic codes of 30's, only in black and white, in a discrete way not to oppose to the density of the place.
