Pizzas sliced as the streets of Manhattan, by rectangular section ; mythical names : Times Square, Madison Square Garden… and these brownies and other local pastries cut into square portions with the same name.

That’s clear, New-York is "Square" !

 

Well, the name is found… For the branding, easy ! A simple typographic logo, elegant and timeless ; a colorful graphic pattern evocating Italy and the ingredients which garnish the pizzas ; a rhetoric a tad claimant ; “faces" of newly arrived mafioso, Ellis Island version... and that, identity is created !

Add to that a giant rotating panel, menu sleeves in the national colors imported from the US, and some displays well placed. Here we are !
