Fairfield University's newest residence hall, 51 McInnis, implements part of the University's residential master-plan to attract more upper class students back to campus with a residence hall offering low-rise, independent-living apartments.  One-hundred eighty-eight beds are organized in 4-8 person apartments to support the Universities' live+learn program.
