Carolyn's Caricatures Stationary For Friends 1999

One of my hobbies at BealArt along with my other art-major classmates was drawing caricatures of my peers, giving them nicknames, and making letter-head for sharing notes. Often I'd draw a picture of my friend then put their name at the top of the page and write a silly letter. At 17 when I left London Ontario Canada and moved to North York Ontario Canada with my parents I gave a drawing like this to each of my best friends along with a heart-felt letter about how much their friendship meant to me. The top image with "Goddess" on the t-shirt was a selfportrait.  Clearly these are the rejected drawings left in an old box in my parents basement, but still adorable in my opinion and very naive.
