Transparency and Layering Content in the construction of a book
As part of a graphic design course taught by Jen Harmon I began exploring how the perception of an image can be altered through subtle changes in its construction or content through layering.
Designed to be read in multiple ways, the book is constructed as an accordion of french folds with a cover that pulls off to allow content to be read from beginning to end on either the front or back of the pages, or to be viewed as a continuous strip.
